1. Eligibility:

   • To join the Kingdom Growth Engine Affiliate Marketing Program, affiliates must have a minimum of 300 followers/subscribers across their social media platforms. This reach must be verifiable through provided URLs.

2. Promotional Activity:

   • Affiliates must actively promote Kingdom Growth Engine by sharing links at least once every 60 days. All promotional activities should reflect the positive, authentic, and engaging tone consistent with Kingdom Growth Engine’s mission.

3. Ethical Standards:

   • Affiliates must adhere to ethical marketing standards, including no spam, no deceptive practices, and full disclosure of affiliate links as per FTC guidelines.

   • Non-compliance with these standards will result in immediate closure of the affiliate account and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

4. Commission Structure:

   • Affiliates earn a 30% commission on sales for up to 24 months from the date of the first sale.

   • There is an additional 5% next-tier commission for sales generated by affiliates referred by the primary affiliate.

   • Commissions are paid out on the 21st of the month following the month the sales are made, allowing for refunds requested within 14 days. The threshold for the first payment is $150.

5. Termination:

   • Kingdom Growth Engine reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time if the affiliate fails to meet the program requirements or violates these terms and conditions.

6. Modifications:

   • Kingdom Growth Engine reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
