Holly has extensive experience in cross-cultural life and work. She met her husband in Austria and the rest has been a wild ride. Together with Patrick, they worked and raised their 3 children in Japan, Kenya, and Canada. She loves to travel and meet new people. She has worked in various industries and positions, and understands the importance of client support. Her BA is from Biola University and she earned an MA from Wheaton College Graduate School.

Don has held Sr. Executive positions during his 30 years with top companies and consulting firms.
He was Director of International Marketing and Sales for Disney, and then became President of Universal Studios Vacations, a wholly owned subsidiary.
His global consulting background across multiple industries accelerates company growth in sales, marketing, operations and finance.

As an adjunct professor, he developed a B.A. university degree in hospitality. Don has an MBA from Belhaven University and a B.A in Psychology from LSU.

My passion for learning and drive to create innovative solutions help businesses grow. In my role I've been working on a project that blends my technical skills with business aspects. I enjoy the new technologies and teamwork involved in delivering top-notch.
I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to be part of KGE. This role has allowed me to dive into new technologies and develop valuable skills that enhance both my technical and professional growth. I'm Silvia Onsare, born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya. Graduated with a bachelors in International Studies at the University of Nairobi. I have a keen interest in social issues and new found interest in business. I am currently an administrative assistant at KGE which involves general office tasks, and I very much enjoy this role. It's a blessing to work in a Christian led workplace. I am inspired by the faith of my colleagues and how a business can be used to contribute to Christian ministry.
